Context: Husband of Golikova Tatiana Alexeyevna who is a Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. He was chairman of the board of the Eurasian Economic Commission from 1 February 2012 to 1 February 2016 and the First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia from 31 May 1999 to 10 January 2000 and Minister of Industry from 9 March 2004 to 31 January 2012.
