Signed the indictment in the 'Pussy Riot case', in which Nadezhda Tolokonnikova, Maria Alyokhina and Yekaterina Samutsevich were charged under Part 2 of Art. 213 (“hooliganism motivated by hatred and enmity, by a group by prior agreement”) for participating in the action of the Pussy Riot group in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.
